The surgeon exciting in Michael Jackson's death proceeds to court Monday to request for a holdup in his forthcoming spontaneous unlawful death test.
The move comes two days previous to jury choice resumes, and one week previous to chance statements are planned to start.
Dr. Conrad Murray had been looking for an immediate trial, but his attorneys asked for a wait late Friday to provide them more time to set up to rebut the opinions of newly-disclosed trial expert.
The Houston-based cardiologist is accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of the local anesthetic protocol in the bedroom of the singer's rented hall in June 2009. Murray has pleaded not responsible.
Los Angeles higher Court Judge Michael Pastor said Friday that he would think the delay demand, but would not essentially grant it.
